Evaluation
the reason for my poster's colour scheme is because I felt that it linked to the title.
for example the green on my image. The colour green has many connotations such as nature and new. it also has the connotation of jealousy. in this poster the green represents jealousy. This links to the name of the poster because jealousy is one of the seven deadly sins and the name of the film is called House of Sin.
The colour purple also represents a sin, purple represents the sin of lust.
The reason for the colour having representations is because I wanted to give the viewers a little suggestion to what might happen in the film.
The tag line 'enter if you dare' is to attract viewers to watch the film. Enter if you dare puts the audience on the spot and challenges them. If they choose to accept the challenge they will be frightened but if they choose to reject the challenge then they wont be entertained. its similar to the red pill and blue pill scenario.
